Camera Lens
Support
Camera Lens 1.0 supports iPhone models running iOS 18 or later.
Disable a faulty camera
- Open Camera Lens and tap the settings gear.
- Under Cameras, turn off the physical camera that is broken.
- At least one camera must remain enabled. Settings for a disabled camera are hidden.
- Use “Show Unavailable Zoom Levels” if you want working cameras to provide digital replacements for missing zoom choices.
Focus and stabilization
Focus behavior, focus range, manual focus position, and supported video stabilization modes are stored separately for each enabled physical camera.
Lock Screen camera control
Open Camera Lens once after installation. Then customize the Lock Screen, remove the existing camera control, select the empty control position, and choose Camera Lens. iOS requires you to select the replacement manually.
Permissions
Camera, microphone, Photos, and location access are requested only when the related feature is used. If access was denied, change it in the iPhone Settings app under Camera Lens.
